This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Classroom incentives can make a huge difference in student learning. By offering rewards such as fun school supplies and small toys, children will be more motivated to display positive behavior, fulfill their responsibilities, and put effort into their assignments. A well-structured reward system helps create a positive learning environment and encourages self-regulation in students.

Every student deserves to feel valued and motivated to reach their full potential.

My goal with this project is to reinforce positive behaviors and academic and behavioral effort through meaningful incentives, that get children excited about learning, actively engage them in the classroom, and make them better friends.

My fourth-grade students are curious and playful. They are always willing to explore something new and love hands-on materials in the classroom. This year, we need more learning materials to strengthen motivation, especially for students who need to improve their behavior and manage their emotions. These materials will help motivate and encourage students to complete their daily activities. I'm requesting several manipulative learning materials and two classroom mailboxes, a wooden literature organizer, and a construction paper organizer so each student has a space to display their work.

My students are special because they strive, strive to improve, and respond positively to encouragement. With these tools, they will be able to develop social skills, improve their focus on learning, and strengthen their self-confidence.
