Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

My goal for this project is to make my students have a better day. Due to limited funding and resources, classrooms don't always look the brightest or welcoming. With these included resources, like the bulletin board paper and borders, the students will have brighter walls to look at and will have an improved positive attitude. Students benefit from looking at creative and colorful walls/ decorations around them. It makes them want to come to class, and also improves their productivity levels.

Students with autism love to color and express themselves on paper.

With the markers being requested, my students will be able to add more flair to their projects and poster boards. They will also be able to use the velcro dots to attach things to the walls and their desk without damaging the surface.

My students benefit so much from colors and being in a thriving environment. They will feel more welcomed coming into the classroom and even looking at the classroom door, which will be decorated using the requested resources. The brighter decor/ walls will make it so my students will have brighter days each day they come into school.
