it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students come into my intervention classroom excited to read and learn with me. They know we will work on several activities and be able to read a great book together! They love coming because I try to make everything that we do fun and engaging to keep them motivated and willing to want to come back every day!
One way I keep my instruction exciting is by incorporating many activities and learning games.
Most of these activities I have created or have to print myself to use in my classroom. Many times I send home these same activities so that students can play with their families and continue their learning at home.
Right now I do not have access to a color printer, so all the resources, games, and posters I print are in black and white. I have always wished I could print these types of things in color especially reading resources that require students to differentiate consonants and vowels by color. I would love to have a laser color printer so that I continue to keep learning exciting for my students and keep them coming back for more.
