My Students

Hi, thank you for taking an interest in my students. I'm a sixth-grade science teacher in a diverse, low-income setting (high poverty area). Not all students get the same opportunity due to obscure income levels in the area. The students in our community deserve the same opportunity as all other areas. My students will love to learn through hands-on labs, activities, field trips, cross-curriculum, and technology. Students learn better with real-world experience and examples. Every student deserves the opportunity to experience everything science has to offer. I appreciate all acts of kindness to fund "experiences" for my students. My students are ready to do science with a passion that leaves a big smile on my face.

My Project

Students love color...it pops and makes things exciting. Learning is exciting when it's appealing and if there's colorful worksheets and color paper for projects, then the kids will be more engaged. We can color code units or color code per class...either way, it makes things more appealing in the classroom.

Brighten our day and brighten our future!

Along with the color paper, students will enjoy an abundance of color markers to bring more excitement, through color, to their projects and papers. Students can explore through colorful STEM projects that bring real world issues into the classroom.

Our special education and ESOL students will be able to utilize headphones for translation of projects, classwork, instructions, and tests.
