Brighten Our Classroom

My students need a class carpet, easel, storage sacks and assorted art materials.

My Students

My classroom is full of bright and amazing students. The majority of them come from low income areas. My students are eager to learn and enjoy reading, math, and hands on projects. Due to the low income in this area, some are often left without. Our children not only like to learn in school, but off campus as well. We hope that, with your assistance, we will be able to make learning, through hands on, more accessible for our students to ensure the success of our future leaders.

My Project

During the hurricane, we lost a lot of items. We are asking for a new carpet during our whole group time so that my students can sit and focus on the subject at hand. We also asked for new seat pockets, that were also destroyed in the hurricane, so that the students can store their supplies and work that they use day to day. Students love hands on projects, and so we want to brighten our transformed classroom to a bright and beautiful room to enter which we will be able to do with the new art material that I have requested.
