Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
With these supplies, we will achieve a class set of artistic materials for our creativity lessons.
These materials will help enhance our creative classroom experience and afford students the opportunity to express themselves through art.
My students will also be afforded the ability to work collaboratively when using the tempera paints as we will be using them in a group-table setting. This will not only encourage the development of interpersonal skills, but it will also encourage the development of independent, self-reliant skills targeting fundamental social-emotional skills. Additionally, motor skills will be actively exercised and on display as they work to manipulate the materials.
