My Project
My classroom is a wonderful and happy place for my diverse students with special needs. While this coming year is my 17th year teaching, I am still learning exactly what my kiddos need to learn and be successful. This is also only my 3rd year with grades K-2.
I have requested many hand2mind manipulatives due to how successful my students are when we use the ones we already have.
They give us an additional way of learning for the vast majority of my kids with sensory needs that often do not benefit as much from traditional teaching methods.
I also requested several sets of bulletin board decorations to keep our room bright and colorful. The kids love to help decorate the boards and these sets make it easy for them to do so.
