My Project

Students with disabilities often have very specific fine motor needs. This can include difficulty cutting or applying appropriate pressure when using a glue stick. They also may have difficulty attending to tasks and following directions.

Art can be a great way to address many needs at once!

Students get practice cutting, gluing, and following 1 and 2-step directions! By giving my students access to colorful and engaging art supplies, I can address their needs all year long.

Your donations will help supply vibrant construction paper that my students will use to make creative projects themed to seasons, holidays, social studies and science units, and various book studies. These activities will allow them to increase their fine motor skills through exciting and engaging projects!
