Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My students love hands on learning experiences that help them make sense of the world and the content they are learning in school. With the blank hard cover books, students will be able to add to their social studies learning by including art work, diagrams, maps, etc. The watercolors and sharpies will be used to enhance our visual arts learning and give students the means to create. The books will be added to our collection of most loved titles and will allow every student in the class to have a copy of the book in hand when we read it as a class.
