it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
My kindergarten students love to play and they need new areas to undertake learning through play. The joy that happens in a kindergarten classroom as students play is what has kept me in this profession for nearly 20 years. Unfortunately, the many years of fun in my classroom are taking their tool on my rugs and furniture.
New rugs, a new play kitchen and new shelving will ensure that the students in my dual language classroom have the space and tools they need to expand their language and social skills through developmentally appropriate play activities.
