My Project

I am in need of various materials for my speech classroom! A speech therapist requires tongue depressors for oral examinations, crucial for assessing speech and articulation in all children. Books about bilingual speech assessments and therapy offer valuable insights into the unique challenges and strategies for effectively supporting these individuals. Treatment materials in Spanish are indispensable for addressing language disorders or delays in bilingual children, ensuring culturally and linguistically relevant interventions that promote equitable access to speech therapy services.

In a school servicing over 70 languages, it is critical that I have ample materials tailored specifically for bilingual speakers.

Each language presents unique challenges and nuances in speech development and disorders. With a wide array of materials, I can effectively address the diverse linguistic needs of bilingual students, ensuring equitable access to speech therapy services and fostering comprehensive language support across all language backgrounds.
