This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Support my efforts to provide our senior class with the technology they need to succeed as they transition into higher education. Each year, De Anza HS hosts Decision Day, a celebration honoring college-bound seniors for completing their senior year and their acceptance to a 2-year or 4-year university. This year, we are aiming to award one deserving senior with an iPad, a tool that will help them succeed in their post-secondary pathway.

Many of our students come from disadvantaged, underrepresented backgrounds and often face limited access to resources and opportunities.

This resource is more than a device—it is a vital resource that will alleviate financial stress and provide the winner with the tools necessary for academic success.

By supporting this initiative, you are directly impacting the future of one of our students. Your donation will provide them with a valuable, lasting resource that will help them succeed in their postsecondary journey and beyond.
