Our school is comprised of diverse students. Despite the economic disparities they face on a daily basis due to their lower-income household, they are excited to learn and determined to succeed. When students walk into my class, my goal is for each one of them to feel welcomed, supported, and cared for because everyone deserves the opportunity to learn and grow.
I want my students to feel comfortable in our classrooms where they spend many hours learning and developing their skills.
Despite the many challenges we face ahead, with the return of in-person learning, I am looking forward to continuing to provide each of my students with engaging and meaningful opportunities to learn in a clean, non-stressful and safe classroom. I feel the addition of air purifiers in my classrooms will put my students and their families a little more at ease.
My Project
During this pandemic, learning has changed drastically. The materials and supplies I am requesting are unique and a reflection of the times in which we are all now living in.
Air purifiers are especially important in classrooms because they quickly and quietly clear allergens and other particles from the air.
The daily use of these air purifiers in our classrooms will reassure my students and their families that I am doing my best to offer a cleaner and healthier learning environment. My students will have clean air to breathe while they are wearing masks. The replacement filters for these air purifiers ensure clean, healthy air for the year! The technology in these air purifiers can sense and automatically remove offending particles from the air. This is ideal for places like our classrooms.
