Celebrating Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month
This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because
it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
The air purifiers and air fresheners will create a cleaner, more comfortable learning environment, promoting health and focus by reducing distractions from allergies or stuffy air. The teacher chair will allow for better mobility during small group instruction, ensuring that each student gets the attention they need. Manipulatives are crucial for hands-on learning, helping students grasp abstract concepts in subjects like math, literacy, and science. Snacks will provide necessary nourishment, ensuring students can stay focused and energized throughout the day.
My goal is to create a comfortable and engaging classroom environment where students feel healthy, energized, and ready to learn.
I want to enhance hands-on learning through manipulatives, provide comfortable seating for teaching, and make sure every student has access to snacks so that hunger doesn't interfere with their learning. Ultimately, I want my students to be able to focus, participate, and enjoy their time in the classroom.
My students are curious, creative, and eager to learn. They come from diverse backgrounds and bring unique perspectives to the classroom. Many face challenges outside of school, but they show resilience and determination every day. They thrive when they feel cared for, and by creating a healthy, supportive learning environment, I can help them reach their full potential. They deserve a classroom where their needs are met so they can focus on exploring new ideas and building strong academic foundations.
