I need training for mindfulness, SEL, and yoga which is importnant for the world we live in!

My Project

I will be able to grow professionally by learning th importance of mindfulness, SEL, and yoga for today's stressful world. My students will benefit because they will not need their chrome books to participate! Students will be able to focus on their breath to help regulate their emotions. I will be able to teach my students simple yoga moves to get them up from their chairs so that they can stretch their bodies! Students in my class often sit for 80 minutes at a time so this will give them a break from classwork.
