My students need Breakout EDU Kit & Platform Access so that they can learn and build upon teamwork, problem solving, critical thinking, and troubleshooting by presenting participants with challenges that ignite their natural drive to problem-solve.

I am fortunate enough to work with every student in the school who come all different backgrounds, yet continue asking questions and continue growing in all areas no matter what road blocks they face. The students I work with live in a low income area and 100% of them receive free breakfast and lunch.
Our school, staff, families and students work alongside each other to move toward the goal of building a generation of young people with the skills, knowledge, and understanding to succeed in college, careers, and community s upstanding digital citizens and learners— not just here in Baltimore, but in any city in the world.
Our students are working to become 21st Century Learners in developing self-awareness, responsible decision-making, relationship building, social awareness skills, and self-management. We will strive at teaching our students to be safe, secure, and responsible when using technology for learning or for fun. In doing so, we look to parents, guardians and the community as our partners, so we can help our students to gain skills, understandings, and qualities that will enable them to be responsible and safe in both offline and online.
Breakout EDU is the immersive learning games platform that can be don in person & online. With Breakout EDU, the classroom becomes an academically-focused escape room and facilitate games where players use teamwork and critical thinking to solve a series of challenging puzzles in order to open the locked box.
These games can be used with all ages (from young students up to staff trainings) and content areas while incorporating multimodal activities to build a generation of young people with the skills, knowledge, and understanding to succeed in college, careers, and community s upstanding digital citizens and learners— not just here in Baltimore, but in any city in the world.
These kits will help support our students to become 21st Century Learners in developing self-awareness, responsible decision-making, relationship building, social awareness skills, and self-management and future ready learners.
