My Students
My classroom is the home of amazing students who are working at all ability levels. My students are grateful for the opportunities they are given, and we work hard together to provide a rich, healthy, safe, and fulfilling experience that will lead to success inside and outside the classroom.
My students are eager and curious learners, who enjoy getting their hands dirty as well as becoming more experienced with technology.
There is nothing better than seeing my students' faces light up every time I introduce something new to learn and discover from. My goal is to instill into each child the excitement and love of learning lessons—inside and outside the classroom—as these students are the future.
My Project
These books will continue to enhance the print-rich classroom that I am striving to create! My classroom library is a place that my students should be able to enjoy and escape. Every student book that is placed in my library is treated with love and care, and they are thankful for the opportunities to read. All of these books have been chosen with my students in mind-I have watched them the past few weeks of school read titles just like these, and I have also asked them what type of books they would enjoy reading. There interest in having a library full of books with interesting characters, or characters who look like them is extremely important to me. Students will also be able to choose books, which will help them continue to enjoy independent reading time.
