My Students

My classroom is a very special place. When you enter, you are entering the world of "special learners". When you see our toys and games, you will soon see this is the way we learn. Our chairs look may look different but they are perfect for us! Sometimes, we use pictures to communicate and learn.

It may be different from you, but this is how we make the most of our learning.

We are open, friendly and curious! We enjoy our world and we hope when you leave, you carry with you some of our enthusiasm for life and learning!

My Project

These tablets will help the students to learn in a new and exciting way. Our students benefit from interactive ways of learning and these tablets will provide new and unique opportunities to learn and coordinate with what we are learning in the classroom. These will provide and alternative and individualized way for students to sharpen their skills.

By providing an additional modality of learning, students will have another way to practice skills and have more success in and out of the classroom.

Not only will you help provide students with a new way to learn, you will also be teaching important skills in using technology, which is so important for this fay in age.
