My Project
Many students face barriers to their education daily. This project is to help us fund our efforts is eliminating barriers and keeping students in the classroom learning!
We provide snacks to students that can’t focus due to hunger and need a little extra in between meals.
We also provide a calm down kit to every class for students that need a break and/or are struggling to regulate their emotions. These toolboxes include strategies, fidgets, and motivational tools to allow students to get back on track without having to leave the classroom. Many of these items have been well loved or lost over the years, so we are working to do a make over to our classroom toolboxes.
