My Project
Hi wonderful donors,
I want to start off by thanking all of the past donations to keep providing great breakfast for all 80 of my newcomer students that I serve on a daily basis.
They come visit me every morning when they skipped their breakfast at home or were simply too hungry and I greet them with a huge smile and a free cereal. This has motivated my students to attend class everyday and on time because attendance matters! My East Oakland Newcomer students need all the love and support that they can receive because it really is hard to live in a low-income community with very limited resources. I want them to know that as long as they are showing up in school and trying their best, I will always be there at my door to greet them with a huge smile and generous snack or breakfast.
