Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

English language learners can be reluctant to display their work when they don't feel confident. By creating an interactive and attractive area to showcase their work, I would like for my students to focus and put more effort into a final product and be confident that all effort pays off and deserves to be proud of and showcased.

With your support, I would also like to offer them an inviting library area.

Even with books that are accessible to all ELL levels, I find them sometimes reluctant to choose the library area as a choice time center. By adding seating that is appealing along with the reading buddies and rug that I have purchased so far, I plan on making the library the center choice of the year!
