My Project
Students will use the whiteboard, flipchart, and magnetic board to brainstorm topics in class. They will write progressive stories, share ideas about our literature, and explain their thinking in math.
Kids hate to write, but they love to write on whiteboards!
I want to capitalize on that excitement and get kids brainstorming ideas and writing even more together! Collaborative work has been tough since the COVID-19 shutdowns, and kids need more opportunities to work together in groups to solve problems, think critically, and become innovators.
This board will allow kids more time to brainstorm their ideas together whether we are graphing math problems, inventing a new world for ELA, or designing a robot for the Kessel Run challenge. By providing students with engaging, collaborative tools like whiteboards, flipcharts, and magnetic boards, this grant will spark their creativity, deepen their learning, and prepare them to be innovative problem-solvers in the 21st century.
