My Project
I love incorporating visuals and videos with my teaching to attempt to reach every learner. The videos that are available on BrainPop give students an opportunity to enhance their learning in a fun and humorous way.
The videos compliment lessons in every subject, as well as offer supplemental materials and activities to check for understanding.
There are videos available on the typical school subjects- like reading, math, science, & social studies. But, there are also important lessons on mental health and technology. I often times will begin a math lesson with a BrainPop video on the topic to introduce the students to what we will be learning. With science, we often times use the videos to work on note-taking skills. This is one of my favorite teaching resources that there is and I would be so appreciative for any assistance in funding this subscription!
