This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Due to the way our classroom schedule works, the students are going from their 7:30 arrival until our 12:30 lunch time without eating unless they have a snack. Since school does not supply a snack, I do my best to ensure snacks are handy in the classroom if needed.

These extra snacks will help keep me stocked up for the kids who don't come with snacks.

Being a title one school, some kids don't have the means to bring a snack, and even more don't have the means to bring snacks to share so having some stocked up is crucial.
