Celebrate Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month

This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Our students will participate in a twice-weekly after-school tutorial, and the selected snacks will help them refuel for the extra learning sessions. These students are super excited about the opportunity to extend their learning and need an extra boost to keep up their energy.

Our students are predominately first-language Spanish speakers and have chosen to attend after-school tutorials to accelerate their English acquisition.

These learners are eager, hard-working, and thrilled to learn. Our students will be able to focus and be more engaged in their work. These kids are special and want to excel in their schoolwork. They need a special treat to begin their extended school day.
