Brain Fuel

Help me give my students fuel for learning / engaging in athletics at the highest level. Fueling brains/bodies goes un-noticed and this is will aide in taking the next big step toward more success!

My Project

The purpose of this project is to collect a stash of foods that are higher in protein /nutrition than what we are currently providing students. We know that fueling the brain / body has a direct correlation with increased success. Students will have access to these snacks when they are feeling sluggish and need a boost to get through the day! The things on this list are a nutrient rich substitute for things like cheez-its, chips, rice crispy treats, etc. that we are currently providing.

As educators, we talk about how treating our brain/body matters- this project will allow us to "walk the walk" too.
