This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Help my students be able to eat a quick snack during the day. Students need energy and they need to be able to have their stomach full to be able to learn better. Having a snack available to them is essential so students can focus on what they are learning. Many of my students and their families struggle to have that snack from home. I, with the help of some amazing families, have been donating weekly to our snack container to ensure all students have access to a snack during the day.
