My Students

In my classroom my students are at the center of every decision I make. We are a community of learners, learning from each other each day. My students are highly motivated to become better problem solvers. We are always working on developing these skills. My students come to my classroom excited to learn and explore ideas. In my classroom all students are held to high expectations to achieve. My students understand the importance of education. We work together to make magic happen.

My Project

All my students enjoy a good brain teaser. This project will put brain teasers in the hands of my students. The goal is to develop cooperation between pairs of students while they are competing to finish their puzzle. With this project, I will be able to offer opportunities to my students that will stretch their thinking. I am excited to watch the competition develop. These puzzles will help students develop critical skills such as critical thinking and perseverance in problem solving. The atmosphere will be charged with excitement and exhilaration! There is no better feeling for a student than to succeed with a difficult task.
