My Project
Using an Amazon Fire tablet for students to take a break is a great way to combine relaxation with productive downtime. With access to a wide range of educational apps, books, and games, students can unwind while still engaging their minds in a fun, interactive way. The tablet’s affordability and ease of use make it a practical tool for short breaks, helping students recharge and refocus without straying too far from learning. Additionally, incorporating sensory items—like stress-relief toys, fidget tools, or calming visuals—can further enhance the break by helping students regulate their emotions and reduce stress. Together, the tablet and sensory items offer a balanced, restorative break that supports both mental relaxation and emotional well-being.
