My Project

Our Tech High School is committed to fostering student success both academically and physically. A well-equipped fitness facility is essential for supporting student-athletes, physical education programs, and overall student well-being. We propose acquiring a Hammer Strength Iso-Lateral Leg Curl machine to enhance our fitness training resources and provide students with targeted strength training opportunities. Impact on Student Learning

Enhanced Physical Education: This machine will introduce students to proper strength training techniques, improving their understanding of biomechanics and muscle development.

Injury Prevention and Rehabilitation: Strengthening the hamstrings reduces the risk of sports-related injuries and supports recovery from existing injuries.

Support for Student-Athletes: Many of our students participate in competitive sports, and strong lower body muscles are essential for athletic performance.

Promotion of Lifelong Fitness Habits: Teaching students proper strength training will encourage them to maintain a healthy lifestyle beyond high school.
