Bracelets for Better Behavior

Help me give my students incentives through a bracelet challenge to improve academically and behaviorally.

This project is fully funded

My Project

At our school, we use a PBIS system in which students can earn points for showing character traits, attendance, wearing a uniform, and demonstrating learning behaviors/habits. This year, students have been collecting beaded bracelets and wearing 10-15 on their wrists as a fashion statement. Due to this new fad, my goal is to incentivize great behaviors and learning habits using the bracelets. When they earn points, they can trade them in for more bracelets.

My students are amazing because they carry a lot of baggage that impedes their focus and reduces their interest in academics.

My students do want to learn and they are increasing incrementally because they do want to be great and become better.
