My Project

We propose a community initiative focused on creating kindness bracelets in the southeastern part of Atlanta. This project aims to foster kindness and connection within our neighborhood through student-led efforts, benefiting not just our classroom but the broader community, including local residents, organizations, and students within our school. Our initiative is designed to serve the entire southeastern Atlanta community. We will actively engage with residents, local organizations, and schools to distribute the bracelets, promoting a spirit of kindness and unity. Through this effort, we aim to create lasting connections and positive interactions among community members.

Students will lead this initiative by organizing bracelet-making workshops and mentoring their peers in the crafting process.

They will campaign within the community, inviting residents and local organizations to participate. By taking on these leadership roles, students will learn valuable skills while making a positive impact beyond the classroom. The materials needed for this project are:
