My Students
Our students come from across our city and our entire school qualifies for free lunch and transportation to and from school based on the fact that the majority of our students live below the poverty level.
Despite the issues facing our students, they come to school every day and persevere.
Most every student attends college post-graduation. Our students need any support available, as our school and district often cannot provide the resources necessary for our students to compete with other high schools in our region.
My Project
I am asking for a 1-year subscription to Hudl for the Boys Basketball team in order to have the ability to upload our games for recruiting, scouting, and teaching before and after games. Using the Hudl Assist program allows our team to upload game footage and the Hudl Software will break it down statistically and create learning tools to teach the team throughout the year.
Hudl also allows the student-athletes to create their own highlight films to send to college coaches.
Hudl creates a lot of opportunities for the student-athletes for exposure and education throughout the season.
The Hudl Assist program has been used pre-COVID for our basketball team and it was an exceptional learning tool. With Covid restrictions still in place, the Assist will do even more for our student-athletes.
