My Students

My students are very active, competitive kids. They love being able to learn and play new games in my classroom. I have large sized physical education classes with at least 30 students in each class. These students are very eager to learn new games. It seems like every day my students are asking me to teach them new games. Sometimes this is hard to do because I don't always have the equipment needed for some games they want to learn.

My Project

With these balls and pin sets, the students will be able to learn how to bowl and how to play pin dodge ball. The bowling pins can be used for multiple games in my classroom. Instead of the students playing dodge ball they will play pin dodge ball.Each side of the gym will have 6 pins set up. The first team to knock all of the bowling pins down wins the game. This gives the students the chance to play dodge ball but instead of throwing balls at the other students they aim for the bowling pins. The objective of this game is to roll/throw balls across the gym floor and knock them over.
