My Students
My kindergartners can't wait to come to school! They come in with great attitudes and a voracious appetite for learning!
I am a teacher at a Title I school.
My students qualify to receive a free breakfast and lunch, these meals often being the only food they eat all day. Despite this, I strive to create a safe, stimulating environment and want to provide them with as many opportunities as possible to succeed. My students are hard workers and they absolutely love to learn.
My Project
I teach at a Title I school and have the opportunity to work with students of all learning capabilities! Regardless of background, all students deserve a learning environment where they can thrive, focus, and succeed!
My classroom furniture is old, having been passed from room to room for years.
I'd like to incorporate some flexible seating options for my students: flexible seating is a type of alternative seating that strays from traditional desks and chairs. Nowadays, students come with all types of learning needs - many students cannot work sitting still and actually focus better if they're allowed to move. Offering flexible seating will allow me to reach these learners and provide the best environment for all my students!
