This project is a part of the Hispanic & Latinx Heritage Month celebration because it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.

My Project

Fun, fun, and more fun is what this bounce house will provide for our 3K and Pre-K students. While academics are extremely important in the school setting, so are free time and exercise! This bounce house will provide our Pre-K students a new and exciting opportunity to play outside. Rarely do our students get the opportunity to play without limits.

This bounce house will not only provide the students a time to get their energy out, but a different environment to communicate.

Imagine all of the language that will be introduced while they are jumping in the bounce house. Teaching concepts such as: jump, high, low, fast, slow, big, small, etc. are often left with using paper and small manipulative, but this jump house will allow the students to experience it themselves with their small bodies.

The bounce house will be used throughout the year for fun outside! We have quarterly awards ceremonies where the students are awarded for their achievements. The bounce house will be used as a reward for their various accomplishments!
