My Students

In my classroom, we build independence and a community by working with each other. My students are a great team together.

My students really care for everyone that walks into the classroom, no matter who they are or where they come from.

My students have active, creative minds that strive to continue learning each and every day. As a class, we celebrate everyone's wins, no matter how big or small. My goal with all of my classes is to ignite the love of learning in each student.

My Project

I have heard so many good things about flexible seating and all I can think about is how I know that this will engage my students even more. I already allow my students to stand while working and that gives them the choice to better there learning. I would like to allow my students to have a choice of how to sit down.

Choice is something that all students should have when it comes to their own learning.

Having these exercise balls will give my students one more choice of how they would like to sit. They will give my students who need to continue moving, the ability to bounce in their seats while they are getting their work done.
