The students at my school are excited to learn! We have a total of about five hundred sixty students at our school. We are a Title I school so the majority of students come from an economically disadvantaged background. The students come from an assortment of cultures and backgrounds including a bilingual program at our school.
My students have the potential to become life-long learners through meaningful conversations, engaging books, and exciting projects.
We use lots of hands-on, interactive activities to help our students stayed engaged.
My Project
Students at my school are eager to learn coding skills! Botley, the coding robot, will help them learn coding, programming, and critical thinking skills without the use of computers or tablets.
The students will conquer challenges that have Botley following paths, avoiding collisions, and interactive obstacles.
This will be an amazing opportunity for students helping them keep up with their peers that are immersed in technology.
Our school is looking for innovative ways to get our students excited about learning. Introducing my students to Botley will get them eager to come through the school doors each day. They will be learning new skills and inspiring them for future careers.
