My Project
The students in my classes are visiting the Horticultural Society of New York and the Brooklyn Botanical Garden and designing their own experiments on the best way to grow native species, drawing inspiration from these visits. This year we are working hard to incorporate sustainability and self reliance in our classrooms and clubs. These materials will help my younger students design their own experiments about ideal plant growing conditions and hopefully grow plants that they can share with their families and peers. Know that all contributions really do benefit student learning and help my students have the hands on experiences that help them be lifelong learners.
