Boosting School Spirit: Engaging Freshman in Spirit Days

Help me give my students the opportunity to show their school spirit! By providing materials like pom poms and face paint for students to use on spirit days, we are hoping to positively impact our school culture.

My Project

School spirit is a vital part of building a positive and connected school environment, but participation in spirit days has declined among our freshman students. This project aims to reignite that enthusiasm by providing students with the materials they need—face paint, pom-poms, beads, poster paper, and markers—to show their school pride.

By making these items available before school on spirit days, we hope to encourage more students to participate, fostering a greater sense of belonging, excitement, and community.

With your support, we can create a more engaging and spirited school culture, helping our students feel connected to their school and peers.
