My Project

BCSC is the self proclaimed, "STEM capital of Indiana," and for good reason! Columbus has invested a lot of resources into building and incorporating STEM at every level of their education program. Most recently has been the eleven elementary schools. Being the STEM teacher at my school for the last few years has shown me first-hand the dedication that my fellow STEM teachers (and myself) possess! We brainstorm and meet multiple times a year to make the next year even more engaging and challenging than the next.

These resources will not only benefit my school, but will benefit all the other BCSC STEM labs.

Since we collaborate frequently, we often share resources. This will be no different. These books provide a wealth of engaging projects that can and will be incorporated into the current curriculum with ease.

It is no surprise that students of all ages enjoy robots and engineering. When robots and engineering are combined with coding, student's creations come alive! These sparks of curiosity and excitement propel students into the ever growing fields of engineering and technology. We are literally creating the future workforce of Bartholomew County and the rest of the world.
