My Project

My classroom is filled with bright, curious, and hardworking students who come ready to learn every day. Many of them face challenges outside of school that can make it hard to focus in class. Despite these obstacles, they show up eager to succeed. I’m proud of their dedication, and I want to create an environment where their basic needs are met so they can thrive academically.

Snacks play an important role in helping students stay energized, especially during long days of learning and testing.

This project will provide a variety of snacks—such as bottled water, chips, cookies, assorted candy, and peppermints—to support my students’ physical needs and emotional well-being. Having water available helps them stay hydrated, while treats like mints and candy offer a small comfort that can brighten their day or serve as a reward for hard work. These snacks will also help create a more inclusive and supportive classroom environment. Some students may not always have access to snacks from home, and this project ensures that no one goes without. With your support, we can give every student the chance to focus, engage, and succeed—one snack at a time. These snacks will be available in the classroom as needed—for students who come to school without food, during testing periods, or as part of our class reward system.
