My Students

I am the lucky teacher of 16 eager learners. They are the sweetest group who is always willing to try one of my new ideas. They love learning and experiencing new things and they never turn down one of my ideas.

I want to provide my students with as many different learning opportunities as I possibly can.

We have little funding for technology and the technology we have access to is the traditional forms of technology. I would like to expand our use of technology and introduce my students to all of the possibilities that the world has in store for them.

My Project

Kids love legos and kids love technology. The BOOST Creative Toolbox will be the perfect addition to our classroom. I love bringing technology into our world and showing my students what all we can do with technology. My students can build a robot, a cat, a rover, and play a guitar. They can also code and operate Lego models. We will use the BOOST Creative Toolbox during our Friday "Funday" where we spend about 30-45 minutes in STEM/STEAM activities.

I like to provide my students with different opportunities to explore and build, and this set is the perfect technology device to give them that chance.

They will be able to control their Lego creation with the app on the iPad.
