My Students

We are a school built on community and parent partnerships. Our students come from various backgrounds, so not all have had the same experiences thus far. The student population is diverse in many ways, but as teachers, we try our best to provide the highest level of educational experiences to every student in our rooms.

We are a school of makers.

We are thinkers, we are creators. Our curiosity and excitement for learning drive instruction. Learning is not confined to the four walls of our classroom, we experience the real-world outside of our school as we learn concepts across the curriculum. Our students are part of the shift to STEM-centric learning.

My Project

Our school strives to provide meaningful hands on experiences to all students. Technology integration is important to us and we use it to enhance our lessons and student understanding. LEGO Boost kits would take what they have already learned about coding and LEGOS and combined the two realms together.

"Boosting" their coding skills at a young age will create a firm foundation for computer science, math, and many other subject areas.

This could change their future career paths and open up new doors and possibilities.
