it supports a Latino teacher or a school where the majority of students are Latino.
My Project
Our classroom is in need of an upgrade to enhance our students' learning experiences in both language arts and math. Currently, our dry erase boards are old, outdated, and in need of replacement. We are seeking your support to purchase new double-sided dry erase boards and dry erase number lines with markers and erasers.
The new double-sided dry erase boards will be a versatile asset for our classroom.
On one side, students can practice language arts activities such as spelling, sentence construction, and creative writing. The flip side of the board will be dedicated to math, where students can work on number sentences, draw math pictures, and apply various math strategies. This dual functionality will allow for seamless transitions between subjects and provide students with a hands-on approach to learning.
In addition, we are requesting dry erase number lines, which are crucial for teaching addition and subtraction strategies. These number lines will serve as a visual aid, helping students grasp mathematical concepts more effectively. Coupled with dry erase markers and erasers, these tools will make math lessons more interactive and engaging.
The durability and quality of these new resources will ensure they withstand daily classroom use and continue to benefit students for years to come. By contributing to this project, you are not only providing essential tools but also investing in a more interactive and supportive learning environment for my students.
