Boomwhackers For Everyone!

Help me give my students Boomwhackers for our music classroom. We need enough so kids don't have to share due to Covid-19

My Students

I would like to first describe my demographics: I travel between two small schools and teach over 300 PreK-5th grade students. We are a rural community with a “Highest Poverty” rating. My students love to share their pride and energy through performance.

I love that my students are excited about music!

When I walk into school I am met with hugs, smiles, and high-fives. These kids are REALLY working to develop their musical skills, and it is exciting to watch them grow.

My Project

This project will allow each of my students to have access to Boomwhackers for rhythm lessons. My classroom only has a few sets of Boomwhackers so I do not currently have enough for every child without the need to share. Sharing is not an option right now due to Covid-19.

These additional Boomwhackers will allow my students to participate and engage in rhythm activities because it would give me enough equipment for each child.

I will sanitize the equipment between classes. This set will allow me enough equipment to cover two class periods each day!
