Help me give my students the supplies we need for an organized classroom, including construction paper, markers, and storage bins. If I can spend less time trying to find a place to put things, then I can spend more time teaching and learning new things!
As a first year 1st Grade teacher, I am inspired by my students’ enthusiasm and willingness to learn new things.
My students are creative, thoughtful and full of questions, representing a beautiful, culturally diverse group.
They absolutely love hands-on, active, engaging projects, and challenges that allow them to learn! They come to school each day ready to try new things and take brave chances in order to grow both personally and academically. Truly, they are my inspiration!
I have learned so much from them in just the first 100 days of school, that I look forward to what the remainder of the year holds for us both.
Learning, literacy and laughter are the keys to a successful education.
A place for everything and everything in its place. - Benjamin Franklin
Using the minutes I have in the school day actually imparting information and knowledge with my students, instead of trying to locate the items needed would be hugely impactful.
The cubby storage unit and clear bins would allow my students to return their learning tools independently back after we use them.
The construction paper and dot markers will be used for fun and meaningful art projects to support the creative minds of my students.
The clear reusable wipe pockets and magnetic wipe boards will be used to differentiate learning during both math and ELA centers.
