My quaint, darling school is nestled in a rural community that has no end to the potential it possesses. I am now a third-grade teacher with 36 precious eager to learn students! We are a small school with big dreams and big plans! Some see only the impossible but we see a challenge and a chance to soar!
This is now my third year as a special education teacher and now a third-grade self-contained teacher!
We will have our hands and hearts wonderfully full. I dream of giving them hands-on learning to bridge the academic gap, books to explore worlds unknown and give them a head start to success, all while connecting the material to meaningful authentic content. I am truly blessed to be these children's teacher. They are so full of curiosity and deserve the best! I can't do this alone and greatly appreciate your help and time to visit!
My Project
This project is to help create a classroom library that has books to excite students about the wonderful world of literacy. Books give us a place to go when we have no other way. This is the basis of a student's academic success and I hope to give them the absolute best.
It is true, today's readers are tomorrow's leaders and I hope to give them this by creating an incredible library!
