My students need access to leveled book. The more choices they have on their level, the greater their chance to find what they like! These purchases will help expand my classroom library.

My Students

My students attend a Title I School in AL. I have a classroom of 20 wonderful 3rd grade students. Each student is unique and brings something different to the classroom. My students are eager learners, all needing different strategies and options when it comes to their learning.

My class is a group of learners with varying needs.

The majority of the students are from low-income families, with 80% on free or reduced lunch. 20% of the students in my classroom are hispanic.

My Project

This project is a start to acquiring more leveled books in my classroom. The "Reading Level K Book Bin" will give my students who may be a grade level behind, a chance to find a book they can read and are interested in. The "Reading Level Book O Book Bin" will give my students who are at a higher level, a chance to find their "just right book."

It is crucial that students have access to books that they enjoy that are on their level.

We are not all the same, we all have different needs. Having books that are leveled in my classroom will give my students more of what they need.
