This project is part of the Black History Month celebration because it supports a Black teacher or a school where the majority of the students are Black.

My Students

Reading is FUN! My students are always excited and eager to read.

My students are a bunch of talented extraordinary boys and girls.

They attend a school that is in a low economic community. Most of my class is on a free/reduced lunch plan. We try to provide everything they need in the classroom. Unfortunately, we can not afford everything they need. We need your help!

My Project

My students LOVE to read. They also LOVE being read to. If our listening library is fully funded, our reading adventures will be limitless. You will provide us with various picture books and Cd's. We can read the picture books on our own or we can listen to the story while reading along.

Our classroom would enjoy fun filled reading experiences through the listening library.

Our reading would improve because the listening library will give us a chance to listen to how the story is suppose to be read and then practice reading it on our on. Let the reading adventures begin!
